These terms set the boundary between SafarScanner’s comparison service and the travel services offered by independent operators.

Core position: SafarScanner is not a travel agent, package organiser, retailer or payment processor. We do not take booking payments, issue booking confirmations or enter the travel contract.

1. About these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you send an enquiry, the operator’s own terms and privacy notice will also apply to their response and any booking you make.

2. What SafarScanner provides

A structured comparison of package facts found in operator public sources.
Links and enquiry tools that connect you with a selected operator.
Labels showing whether information is listed, missing, recently checked or separately verified under a stated process.

SafarScanner does not recommend that a package is suitable for you and does not guarantee that an operator will respond or accept a booking.

3. Package information

Prices, dates, hotels, flights, inclusions and availability can change quickly. Information may be incomplete, outdated or presented differently by an operator. Always confirm the complete offer directly with the operator before committing.

A listing is not an endorsement. “Not published” or “subject to enquiry” means the source did not provide enough detail; it is not a judgement about quality.

4. Your booking relationship

Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, change, complaint or travel service is between you and the operator. Before paying, check the operator’s identity, written terms, cancellation rights and applicable financial protection. Obtain the required documentation directly from the operator.

Never send booking payments to SafarScanner. If anyone asks you to pay SafarScanner for a package, report it through our contact page.

5. Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry and consent to sharing, you instruct SafarScanner to pass your details to the selected operator. Keep your message accurate and do not include passport, payment, health or other sensitive information. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful content, interfere with security, scrape the service at harmful scale, impersonate another person, or use operator or traveller information for unsolicited marketing.

7. Commercial relationships

SafarScanner may earn referral fees, subscriptions or clearly labelled promotional fees. Commercial relationships may affect how SafarScanner earns revenue but must not determine whether an operator receives a verification status. Read our commercial disclosure.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Corrections and changes

Report inaccurate package or operator information through our corrections process. We may amend, suspend or remove content while it is reviewed. Material changes to these terms will be dated on this page.
